     These metal gauge plates and base tie plates are core load-bearing components in EU/US standard compliant rail fastening systems. Metal gauge plates are installed between the elastic clip and base plate to adjust rail gauge and restrict lateral displacement of rails, while metal base tie plates bear and transfer vertical wheel-rail loads to sleepers, avoiding concentrated stress damage to track beds. For EU markets adhering to EN 13481 standards, the components are made of QT450-10 ductile iron conforming to EN 1563 specifications, suitable for 350km/h high-speed rails and 25t axle-load heavy-haul lines, and fully compatible with Pandrol Fastclip and Vossloh SKL fastening systems. For North American markets following AREMA Chapter 5 rules, grade A cast steel or malleable iron base plates are required for 40t axle-load heavy-haul freight lines, with pre-drilled holes matching standard AREMA rail profiles and sleeper dimensions. All products adopt hot-dip galvanized or dacromet anti-corrosion coatings, passing 1000+ hour neutral salt spray tests to adapt to extreme weather from -45℃ to 75℃. They pass 5 million dynamic load cycle tests without deformation or cracking, and gauge plates support ±8mm to ±12mm rail gauge adjustment by changing thickness, eliminating the need to replace base plates to cut maintenance costs，and custom sizes are available for special project requirements.
