Railway Fastening Systems
basic information
These standard-compliant fastening systems are widely used for ballasted/ballastless tracks, 25t+ axle heavy-haul lines, 350km/h high-speed rails and urban transit routes across Europe and North America. The most mainstream models include three categories: First, the Pandrol Fastclip system, with pre-assembled structure cutting on-site installation time by 40%, has a 30-year minimum service life, suitable for both high-speed and heavy-haul scenarios.
Second, the Vossloh SKL series, which meets EU TSI standards, adopts omega-shaped elastic clips to deliver consistent and stable clamping force, ideal for high-frequency operation lines, with adjustable gauge blocks supporting ±10mm gauge fine-tuning without replacing base plates.
Third, the AREMA standard tie plate system, the dominant choice for North American heavy-haul freight lines, supports up to 40t axle load, matching AREMA-specified dog spikes and high-hardness rubber rail pads to resist extreme impact from heavy cargo trains.
All core components use dacromet or hot-dip galvanized anti-corrosion coatings, passing 1000+ hour salt spray tests. Each product batch requires third-party certification to meet local operation standards, and can be customized for special demands such as low-vibration design for noise-sensitive urban areas.
