    These standard-compliant rail pads are core elastic components installed between the rail foot and base plate, responsible for absorbing wheel-rail impact, reducing vibration transmission and avoiding metal wear between contact surfaces. They are mainly made of three customized materials matching different application demands: EPDM rubber for general heavy-haul and commuter lines, thermoplastic polyurethane (TPU) for 300km/h+ high-speed rails, and high-hardness nitrile rubber for North American 40t axle load heavy-haul freight lines as required by AREMA Chapter 5 specifications.  The core performance fully meeting regional regulatory requirements: 25%~70% adjustable impact absorption rate, less than 10% permanent compression deformation after 10 million load cycles, operating temperature range from -40℃ to 70℃, and 500+ hour UV aging resistance for open-air lines. They are fully compatible with mainstream standard fastening systems including Pandrol Fastclip, Vossloh SKL series and AREMA tie plate systems, with customizable thickness, hardness and surface texture to fit different rail profiles and gauge adjustment demands. Each batch is attached with material test reports and compliance certificates to meet local railway operation approval requirements, and low-damping customized versions are available for noise-sensitive urban transit lines to cut vibration transmission to surrounding areas by up to 15dB.
