     These dog spikes are dedicated fastening components for EU/US standard compliant rail fastening systems, mainly applied to fix tie plates to wooden or fiber-reinforced composite sleepers, preventing lateral and longitudinal displacement of plates and rails under dynamic train loads. For EU markets conforming to EN 13481-2 specifications, the rivets are made of Grade 4.6/5.6 high-carbon steel, with standard diameters ranging from 16mm to 22mm, suitable for 25t axle-load heavy-haul lines and regional commuter rails. Their unique hook-shaped head design closely clamps the edge of tie plates, eliminating loosening risks caused by long-term vibration. For North American markets following AREMA Chapter 5 requirements, standard sizes include 5/8", 3/4" and 7/8" diameter rivets, matched with AREMA standard tie plates, supporting up to 40t axle-load heavy-haul freight lines. All products undergo hot-dip galvanized or dacromet anti-corrosion treatment, passing 1200+ hour neutral salt spray tests to adapt to extreme weather from -40℃ to 70℃. They pass 3 million dynamic load cycle tests without shear fracture or deformation, with minimum shear strength reaching 800MPa to resist strong impact from heavy cargo trains. The rivets are fully compatible with mainstream AREMA tie plate systems and European traditional wooden sleeper fastening systems, custom sizes and head shapes are available for special project demands.
