These bolts are core load-bearing fastening parts of EU/US standard compliant rail fastening systems, tasked with securing elastic clips, base plates and other components firmly to concrete or wooden sleepers, maintaining stable clamping force of the whole fastening system under long-term dynamic train loads. For EU markets conforming to EN 13481 and EN 14399 specifications, the bolts are made of Grade 8.8/10.9 high-strength alloy steel, with standard thread sizes ranging from M16 to M24, suitable for 350km/h high-speed rails and 25t axle-load heavy-haul lines, fully compatible with mainstream Pandrol Fastclip and Vossloh SKL fastening systems. For North American markets following AREMA Chapter 5 rules, Grade 5/8 carbon steel bolts are required for 40t axle-load heavy-haul freight lines, with unified thread specifications matching AREMA standard tie plate and pre-embedded sleeve dimensions. All products adopt dacromet or hot-dip galvanized anti-corrosion coatings, passing 1200+ hour neutral salt spray tests to adapt to extreme weather from -40℃ to 80℃. Anti-loosening designs including nylon insert and crimped point are applied, passing 3 million vibration cycle tests without loosening to guarantee operation safety. Insulated coating versions are also available for high-speed rail and urban transit lines, with ≥10MΩ insulation resistance to avoid railway signal interference,and custom sizes and thread specifications are provided for special project demands.
